Workshop on Improving Lives Through Payer/Provider Collaboration

The workshop, titled "Improving Lives through Innovation and Payer/Provider Collaboration," will provide an overview of the pilot and offer attendees practical "how-to" guidance for developing payer-provider partnerships so that they can develop collaborative, innovative solutions in their communities.
