CMU Police investigate unarmed robbery

MOUNT PLEASANT, MI (WNEM) -

The Central Michigan University Police Department is investigating a robbery after a female student says she was approached by three men early Sunday morning.

The woman says the three men were wearing black ski masks and allegedly took items from her purse during the incident.

It happened as the woman walked through the parking lot of Woldt Hall on the campus of CMU around 2:30 a.m.

She also says the men pushed her down. She was uninjured.

All three men are described as being white males, aged 18-25 and approximately 6 feet tall.
