FLINT, MI (WNEM) -

Police are searching for a suspect following a fatal shooting that occurred in Flint Monday afternoon.

Daron Gaylor Jr., 22, is wanted for first degree murder, assault with intent to murder, felon in possession of a firearm, carrying a concealed weapon and felony firearm.

These charges stem from a shooting Monday afternoon near Martin Luther King Avenue and Welch, which resulted in the death of Ali McZick, 28. A second victim, Tyrell Gaylor, 19, is in critical condition from the shooting.

The shooting occurred about 2 p.m. when the two victims were standing near a bus stop. Two black males approached them and fired shots.

The suspects fled to a nearby teal colored Chrysler van and left the area in the vehicle.

Daron Gaylor should be considered armed and dangerous, police said.

If anyone has any information regarding Daron Gaylor's whereabouts they are asked to call 810-237-6801 or Crime Stoppers at 800-SPEAK-UP.
