CHANDLER, AZ (CBS5) -

A Chandler man accused of molesting a missing Massachusetts teenage boy found at his house pleaded not guilty to multiple counts of sex crimes against a child.

Brad Cooper, 47, entered his plea in Maricopa County Superior Court on Monday. His next scheduled court date is Aug. 12.

Chandler police said Cooper lured the boy into coming to Arizona by posing as a 16-year-old boy on the internet and by phone, according to a probable-cause statement. He talked with the 14-year-old boy about running away and having a sexual relationship, according to the statement.

Cooper allegedly drove to Massachusetts and picked up the teen June 6, according to the statement.

Police said Cooper and the teen admitted to several sexual acts during the three-day ride to Arizona and that it continued in Cooper's Chandler home.

Police were notified about the alleged abuse and questioned Cooper on June 11 at his home. The victim was found nearby, according to the statement.

Police said Cooper also admitted to a previous sexual relationship with a 15-year-old boy in Alabama.

Cooper was arrested June 11 and booked into jail on 22 separate counts, including 12 counts of sexual conduct with a minor, two counts of child molestation, five counts of sexual exploitation of a minor and luring a minor for sexual exploitation.
