TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) -

The Americans are playing in their first match of the 2014 World Cup and it could mean big business for local restaurants in Tucson.

Here's what some local businesses are doing to get World Cup fans in the door.

Opening early. Many of the restaurants and bars in the area are usually open around 10 or 11, but for the next few weeks many are opening their doors to fans several hours earlier.

Crowds have been big for the first few games and the crowds are expected to be just as large for the U.S. vs. Ghana game today.

Businesses will also be offering different deals to customers as they watch the World Cup.

FC Tucson has teamed up with Playground Bar to watch a number of World Cup matches, while the Rialto Theater is bringing out a huge screen for fans to watch the game later today.

Game time for U.S. vs. Ghana is 3 p.m. Tucson time.
