A man accused of covering up the murder of a Detroit woman has waived his right to a hearing and is moving his case to trial court.
Timothy Jones is accused of knowing about the murder of Alicia Fox and assisting the killer after it occurred. Fox's body was found June 9, but her two children remain missing.
Jones appeared in court Wednesday on a charge of being an accessory. Fox's estranged husband, Erin Justice, is charged with first-degree murder. He remains locked up in Atlanta awaiting extradition after his arrest there two weeks ago.
