DUNDEE, OR (KPTV) -

A missing Dundee mom withdrew a small amount of cash from a bank and then put gas in her car before disappearing Thursday night.

Newberg-Dundee police detectives are considering the case of Jennifer Huston a missing person case with no known criminal link.

Jennifer Huston hasn't been heard from since Thursday at 5:45 p.m. Her husband, Kallen Huston, said she left their Dundee neighborhood to run errands.

Thirty-five minutes later, she swiped her debit card at the Circle K gas station on Portland Road in Newberg. Police released surveillance photos of her Lexus SUV at the gas station, which was the last confirmed sighting of her.

"Right now, it's a missing person investigation," said Newberg-Dundee police spokesman Jeff Kosmicki. "Obviously, her leaving and not contacting anybody is suspicious. We're keeping our options open."

Kallen Huston, Jennifer's husband, said the 38-year-old mother of two wouldn't vanish on her own and that she would never leave her sons, who are 2 and 6 years old.

"Completely odd," Kallen Huston said. "Completely out of character for her, to just disappear like this."

Her family is papering neighborhoods and highways with her picture, driving around looking for her SUV and calling hospitals.

"You start calling anybody and everybody you can think of," Kallen Huston said.

Jennifer Huston was carrying a cell phone Thursday, but it stopped sending signals, police said.

Her father, Bill Turner, said wherever she is, it's not by choice.

"She's not coming home because she can't come home," Turner said.

None of her family noticed anything out of the ordinary leading up to her disappearance. They're hoping for the best but fearing the worst.

"The worst parent's fear, some sort of abduction or something," Turner said. "I hate to even say the word."

They are desperate for a tip that could lead them to Jennifer Huston.

"I love you so much and I miss you," Kallen Huston said. "Please come home."

Detectives said they've followed up on many tips and leads, and they actively worked through the weekend to locate her.

They are asking people to share her picture online or by posting flyers.
