Morning flurries, much colder this afternoon

Posted: Updated:

Outside of a few morning flurries, we'll see the clouds break today and some peeks of sunshine. However, don't expect seasonal temperatures.

We will start the day in the teens, but will spend most of the afternoon in the single digits. It will be breezy, with gusts up to 30 mph, keeping our wind chill values at -5 to -15°.

Our next round of snow arrives late Friday. Track this snow online with our Interactive Radar.

By Saturday morning, a trace – 2” of snow will have fallen.

Expect it to remain much colder than average through the weekend. The coldest period will be Valentine's night through Sunday. Lows will be below 0, and highs on Sunday will be in the single digits.
