CARO, MI (WNEM) - Police need your help tracking down a man they say loaded up his cart at Walmart and walked out the door without paying. Now investigators in another part of Mid-Michigan say the same man may have committed a similar crime in their area.

Caro police said their incident happened over the weekend at the Walmart in Tuscola County. Investigators said the man in this surveillance picture loaded up his cart with electronics and just pushed it out the door.

They also believe he was not working alone. The suspect is believed to have left in a light-colored silver or tan Chevy minivan.

Meanwhile, Lt. Roy McCollum with the Gratiot County Sheriff's Department said the suspect in that theft looks similar to a suspect in two crimes he is investigating.

McCollum said that on Dec. 23 a man with a similar description stole three flat screen TVs from the Walmart in Alma. And on Jan. 7, a man stole liquor from a convenience store outside of town.

If you have any information, contact the Caro police at 989-673-2402 or the the Gratiot County Sheriff's Department at 989-875-5211.
