It has been another cold first half of our Thursday. Morning temperatures were just above 0 for most of mid-Michigan, but below 0 temperatures were found in some communities north of the Tri-Cities.

Temperatures are on their way the low teens, which is well below the average of 34°. In fact, we won't even reach our average low temperature, which is 20°!

We had a few light snow showers and flurries early this morning, mainly south of the Tri-Cities. There will be a few stray flurries for the rest of today, but most will continue to see the partly to mostly cloudy skies.

A northerly wind is bringing the chance of light snow to the Thumb.

Check out our Interactive Radar to track any light snow.

We will be colder tonight, with temperatures falling below 0. We will come close to the record low temperature once again.

A warm-up arrives this weekend, and we will finally be in the 20s for a few days! Sunday brings our next round of snow, and we will see light accumulations.
