GENESEE COUNTY, MI (WNEM) - Almost 2,000 people are sitting in the dark this morning. Consumer's energy reports customers in Genesee County lost power after 2:00 A.M. Residents and businesses in the Corunna Rd., I-75 and I-69 corridor in Flint are affected by the outage. Officials tell TV5 an issue with the substation on Ballenger Highway is the source of electricity loss. Consumers Energy says it could be 8:00 A.M. before power is fully restored.
