Thousands without power following storms

SAGINAW, MI (WNEM) -

Right now thousands of people are still without power following powerful storms that swept through Michigan on Sunday. Crews are working to restore electric service that was interrupted by powerful winds and heavy rain. A tornado also hit in the Huron County community of Owendale on Sunday evening.

Below is a list of outages, by county, as reported by Consumers Energy. Restoration times vary, click here to get more information on your outage.

According to DTE Energy, approximately 95,000 customers lost power late Sunday night and early Monday morning. Currently, 41,000 customers are still without power.
