BAY CITY, MI (WNEM) -

With a 6 percent voter-turnout, Saginaw renewed a tax levy that supports the operation of Saginaw Transit Authority Regional Services, the local transit system.

The preliminary results have 1,415 votes in favor of renewing the millage and 444 votes against.
