FLINT, MI (WNEM) -

A small plane had to make an emergency landing at Bishop International Airport Thursday morning.

A student pilot and instructor flew out of Pontiac and had an oil line break in the CESSNA 182 aircraft, said Pat Corfman, with Bishop International Airport.

The oil line break caused smoke in the cockpit and the pair had to make an emergency landing.

No one was hurt during the incident and there weren’t any delays in other flights at the airport.

The incident happened about 9:30 a.m.
