Police search for armed robbery suspect

FLINT TOWNSHIP, MI (WNEM) -

Police need you help tracking down an armed robbery suspect.

On Thursday about 11:38am, Flint Twp. Police Officers were
dispatched to the Cash Store, located at 4189 Corunna Road for an armed robbery. The
suspect approached and pointed a handgun at the clerk demanding her to hand over the
money in the register.
The suspect is described as a man dressed as a woman around 18-23 years old,
approximately 5’6” to 5’7”, 140-150lbs, with a mustache. At the time of the robbery he was wearing a black
wig, aviator sunglasses, a black and blue “Church’s Chicken” hat, gray hoodie and an
orange t-shirt.

The suspect vehicle is described as an early 2000’s Gold or Tan Mercury Sable. At the
time of the robbery the vehicle had a stolen plate which has since been recovered.
Included are photos of the suspect and vehicle.
