OK2Say program connects students and law enforcement

SAGINAW, MI (WNEM) -

Teens face a lot of challenges but one of the biggest remains bullying. Students at the Saginaw Arts and Sciences Academy found out about a relatively new program called OK2Say.

State Attorney General Bill Schuette met with students to encourage them to turn to the program if they encounter any problems.  He said it works.

"We've received over a thousand tips and, thanks to our friends in law enforcement, we've been able to respond to those," Schuette said. "The more we talk about this, the more we can get it out there for the public to know about it."
