1 injured in Monday morning crash

CLARE COUNTY, MI (WNEM) -

A 43-year-old man was injured in a two-vehicle crash on Monday.

The accident happened about 5:30 a.m. at the intersection of Beaverton Road and Bailey Lake Avenue in Clare County.

Tyler Donn, 22, of Gladwin, was driving south on Bailey Lake Road in a Chevrolet Pick-Up truck. He went through a stop sign and collided with a Buick Lacross that was traveling west on Beaverton Road, police said.

The crash caused the pick-up to roll over, entrapping the driver and two other passengers, a 43-year-old Gladwin man and a 46-year-old Gladwin man.

All three men were extricated from the vehicle, police said.

The driver and the 46-year-old were treated at the scene. The 43-year-old was transported to Clare Hospital for treatment for his injuries.

The driver of the Lacross, Gladys Dargler, 51, of Gladwin, was not injured in the crash.

The accident remains under investigation.
