MONROE, Mich. (AP) -

Authorities are still searching for a suspect in the death of a 22-year-old Michigan woman whose remains were found six months after she disappeared from a Halloween party.

Monday marks the one-year anniversary of Maybee resident Chelsea Bruck's disappearance Oct. 26, 2014 from a large party in Frenchtown Township. Her costume was found April 5 at an abandoned industrial site in Flat Rock and her remains were found in a grave April 24 on a wooded lot in Ash Township.

Monroe County Sheriff Dale Malone tells the Monroe News that Bruck's disappearance and death remain an active criminal investigation.

More than 900 tips have been received and nearly 800 interviews have been conducted, but no arrests have been made in the case.

Over the course of the investigation, 34 search warrants and 14 subpoenas have been served.
