Minnesota police release dash camera video of police pursuit of Gregory Rose

Posted: Updated:

Minnesota State Police and Carlton County sheriff's deputies tried to stop a speeding truck, and then things escalated.

The dash camera video, from more than one squad car, shows police in a high speed pursuit, at times reaching speeds of 95 mph.

The chase spanned more than one town and the sheriff said the truck was swerving in and out of traffic, but not stopping.

A deputy fired shots at the tires, and then rose rammed several squad cars and ran at least one off the road.

Finally, an officer was able to execute a pit maneuver on the truck. Deputies said Rose then surrendered.

It turned out the truck was stolen from Wisconsin.

The vehicle stolen from the murder victim back here at home had not been located.
