Cards Against Humanity offers Black Friday 'sale'

Posted: Updated:

Several stores offered Black Friday deals on Nov. 27, but only one offered nothing for $5.

The popular party game Cards Against Humanity had a Black Friday sale where customers could give them $5 and receive nothing in return. That’s right, nothing.

The website offered an explanation about its deal and said this is not a joke.

“No, we’re not even taking your shipping address. All we have to offer is nothing,” the website said.

The site said they would make an announcement soon about what they plan to do with the money. More than $36,000 was raised during their Black Friday “sale.”

People who chose to participate in the “sale” had to check a box that said they are aware they will receive nothing in return.

“Sometimes buying nothing is better than buying Cards Against Humanity. This is one of those times,” the site said.
