The Michigan State Police dive and canine teams are continuing their search for a missing man after his vehicle was found in the river.

Troopers were called to the Muskegon River near the 7000 block of Trout Haven Drive in Osceola County at around 10 p.m. on Nov. 29.

They found a GMC Yukon belonging to Donald “Garry” Tiegen, 60, in the water. Tiegen was not at home, and was not in the vehicle. He also hasn’t been seen for several days.

Family members say he has been in poor health, and may be disoriented or confused.
