SAGINAW, MI (WNEM) -

More than $315,000 has been raised by various campaigns on GoFundMe to help with the Flint Water Crisis.

69 different campaigns from across the state and country have been created to bring funds and clean drinking water to local residents.

GoFundMe has also pledged to give a $10,000 donation to the campaigns that raise the most money between 6 a.m. PT on Jan. 22 through 6 p.m. PT on Jan. 29.

“Seeing community members come together online to help in times of crisis is one of the most amazing things about GoFundMe, and the situation in Flint is no exception. We applaud each of these campaign organizers for the very real impact they are making in the lives of the many Flint residents who do not currently have access to clean drinking water,” said Rob Solomon, GoFundMe CEO.
