The City of Saginaw confirms that 57-year-old Duncan Cole was fired after the January 30 shooting at the Andersen Enrichment Center in Saginaw.

A 28-year-old male and a 24-year-old female were shot at about 2:20 a.m., according to the Saginaw Police Department.

"It is important for our citizens to understand the city does not and has not endorsed these types of events," said Sgt. Reggie Williams.

The city tells TV5 that proceeds from that night were not given to the city. There was also damage to the Andersen Enrichment Center.

The victims suffered non-life threatening injuries and were treated at the hospital.

Police have not made any arrests in the case.
