GENESEE COUNTY, MI (WNEM) -

Seven years ago today a Mid-Michigan woman disappeared, and investigators are still hoping someone knows what happened.

Randa Jawhari, who was 42 at the time, was last seen on Feb. 11, 2009 in Fenton. She was last seen at her apartment, in the 3000 block of Shiawassee Avenue, near U.S. 23.

She was wearing a long blue bathrobe, and investigators don’t know if Randa walked away, or if there was potentially foul play.

Randa had a bipolar disorder and would talk to her five sisters, and her parents several times a day.

"Randa never went anywhere without telling us. She didn't do anything without telling us," Randa’s sister, Naheda Jawhari told TV5 in 2014.

Naheda said the circumstances surrounding her sister’s disappearance have her fearing the worst.

"Was she in pain? Did she suffer? Those are the things that's really hard. That's what's very difficult," Naheda said.

Investigators have developed a sketch of a person of interest.

Crime Stoppers is also offering a $2,500 reward for information leading to Randa’s location.
