A video has spread quickly on social media, it has been viewed nearly 15,000 times on Facebook.

Keith Baker, in the video struggling with state troopers, claims they were abusing their powers.

"I wish the police conduct had been a little more professional, then the situation wouldn't have went at all like this," Baker said.

The incident happened back on Oct. 10.  Baker was riding with a friend to a birthday party. He said troopers pulled the car over because their muffler was too loud.

During the stop troopers saw a bow laying on the back seat.

"It was a compound bow, there was no arrows," Baker said.

Dashboard camera video, posted online by Baker, shows the moment the troopers came back to the car and asked them to step out so they could search it.

Baker said he chose to call his dad to get legal advice and a trooper told him to hang up. He didn't, and chaos ensued.

"Phone to my ear, he reached up, grabbed my hand, pulled the phone from my ear. I said, 'hey don't touch me.' He said, 'that's assault.' Threw his stuff to the ground, and said, 'it's on,'" Baker said.

The troopers tased Baker three times. He was ultimately arrested and charged with obstructing justice and resisting arrest.

Michigan State Police said the eight minute video baker posted only tells a part of the story.

In fact, they said the entire traffic stop lasted an hour and a half.

"You just see a small sliver of the video that does not paint the picture in a very favorable light, and when you see the whole entire video, it's looked at much differently," said Lt. David Kaiser.

Kaiser said a 15-year old girl, who didn't have a license, was actually driving at the time of the stop.

He said the officers also suspected there was open alcohol in the vehicle.

Kaiser also said Baker was disrespectful and uncooperative throughout the traffic stop.

"When you review that footage, the whole thing is disturbing. At no time was Mr. Baker compliant," Kaiser said.

Kaiser promised to make the entire hour and a half video available.
