Bob Katt said a pile about a half mile away from his Bangor Township home is the cause of his yard flooding.

"The pile itself is like I say the drainage and things like that that's the biggest problem with it," Katt said.

Katt wants to see it cleaned up and said the owner of it has violated numerous ordinances.

"If I had my property for sale today and you're interested you'd be driving by looking at adjacent properties or properties that are within a reasonable distance you'd be looking and say well hell look at all this stuff down here," Katt said. "It's a junkyard."

TV5 went to the owner of Bond Crushed Concrete and asked him the tough questions.

Al Bond says the pile is recycled concrete used for driveways, parking lots and the like. Bond has been here thirty six years.

"Well, I don't really see why they're complaining. It's no different than a pile of dirt. You know a hill or a mound or whatever," Bond said.

Bond said he knows Katt and isn't worried about his complaints.

"Anybody a half a mile away what business is it of there's? That's my concern about it," Bond said.

And as far as ordinances go, Bond said he hasn't violated any of them.

"I'm pretty well set as far as zoning," Bond said.

TV5 reached out to township officials to get to the bottom of the feud between Bond and Katt. We're still waiting to get a response.

Katt said he hopes something is done about the pile near his house.

"I know that you've got results and that's why I called you," Katt said. "I think the junk is a big thing currently. And I think looking at that big pile of stuff seeing that stuff on the news that's going to make a big difference."
