ISABELLA COUNTY, MI (WNEM) -

Four people, including two children, were hurt in an accident involving an Amish buggy.

It happened on the 6000 block of S. Rolland Road in Isabella County's Rolland Township about 10 a.m.

The Isabella County Sheriff’s Department reports that 61-year-old Jonathan Riehle, from the Blanchard area, was southbound on Rolland Road when he hit the buggy.

Two adults and the two children in the buggy were taken to the hospital. One of the children, a 3-year-old boy was taken to a hospital in Grand Rapids with a possible internal head injury. A 5-year-old girl was also taken to a Grand Rapids hospital for unknown injuries.

The horse has a leg and head injury, but was caught and taken back to the Amish farm.
