BRIDGEPORT, MI (WNEM) -

A Mid-Michigan high school welcomed back two of its most famous alums today.

Bridgeport high school inducted Monty Brown and Vanessa Guerra into its Outstanding Alumni Wall of Fame.

Brown played in a pair of Super Bowls in the ‘90s, while voters elected Guerra to the state house at just 25-years-old.

The two said Bridgeport High School has a lot to do with their success in life.

"Oh it's great I'm so happy to be here so happy to see some of my former teachers hopefully it inspires the students,” Brown said. “I'm just stoked, I really am, I really am, it's an honor and a privilege for sure."

Guerra said, "Bridgeport High School certainly played a large role in my life as a youth but also now as an adult and I have very fond memories and thankful for the experiences going to school here.”

Brown also had a short career as a pro wrestler after retiring from the NFL.
