ATLANTIC MINE, Mich. (AP) -

Authorities say two Flint-area men are among five people arrested in a heroin and cocaine bust in Michigan's Upper Peninsula.

Officers from the Upper Peninsula Substance Enforcement Team searched a home Thursday in the Houghton County community of Atlantic Mine and found 50 packets of heroin, crack cocaine and more than $1,900 in cash.

A 25-year-old from Flint, a 50-year-old from Mount Morris and a 31-year-old man from Atlantic Mine are facing charges of delivery of heroin and possession with the intent to deliver heroin and crack cocaine. Another man and a woman are charged with frequenting a drug house.

Police say they're all jailed.

The bust is the latest as part of an effort to stop northern Michigan drug trade that ended up having ties to the Lower Peninsula.
