Police arrest man wanted for intent to murder after month on the run

FLINT, MI (WNEM) -

Police have arrested a man who was wanted for intent to murder.

Delrico Perkins, 21, was wanted  for two counts of assault with intent to murder, carrying a concealed weapon and felony firearm.

The charges stem from an incident on March 20. There was a shooting in the area of Grand Traverse and University in Flint.

One victim suffered multiple gunshot wounds and was listed in critical condition, police said. There was a second victim who was in the vehicle with the first victim, but they were not injured.

Perkins was arrested on April 21 after a month on the run. He was arrested in Atlanta, Georgia.
