SAGINAW, MI (WNEM) -

Covenant HealthCare is helping raise money for kids medical equipment and programs with Covenant Kids.

Every penny raised during the Covenant Kids Telethon goes towards helping local pediatric patients.

The seventh annual telethon takes place on April 23 from noon to 6 p.m. at the Mid-Michigan Children's Museum in Saginaw. The telethon will air live on WNEM-TV5.

The telethon will tell stories of previous pediatric patients and their families.

If you want to be a part of the telethon and help Covenant Kids you can call 1-855-475-5437 during the telethon to donate to the cause, visit the museum during the telethon, or donate blood.

Michigan Blood is hosting a blood drive at the museum during the telethon and they will donate $10 to Covenant Kids for every registered donor.
