LINDEN, MI (WNEM) -

A local school district is warning parents about some stranger danger type activity.

Linden Community Schools Interim Superintendent Russell Ciesielski said that at around 4 p.m. on April 18 a high school student was walking away from Eagle Park in downtown Linden when a black 4-door sedan pulled up and asked the student if they wanted a ride.

The student said no and walked away, but told police that the vehicle followed for a distance.

According to the school, the Linden Police Department says that the vehicle was last seen on Murphy Street in Linden.
