We all remember the bright blue and green Mystery Machine that Scooby Doo and the gang used to ride around in.

Now, Mid-Michigan has its own Mystery Machine.

When Greg Franklin first saw the Mystery Machine he said he had to get a closer look.

"I grew up on Scooby Doo and when I saw this I had to stop and take some pictures so I can show all the people I went to school with," Franklin said.

Franklin isn't the only Scooby Doo fan out there. Mike Ryan, the owner of Route 23 Auto in Flint, said he just got the van at an auction last week and is surprised by the amount of people that stop by to look at it.

"It's crazy. I knew it was different, but two days ago they were lined up on Hill Road pulling in here. It brings young, old and everyone has a smile on their face. Everyone is happy and touches everyone in a different way," Ryan said.

He said he likes the attention the van brings to his auto shop. The Mystery Machine came stocked with shag carpet, two Scoobys and a lava lamp.

Ryan said for the right price the Mystery Machine is for sale. For the time being it will be parked in front of his auto lot in Flint.

Franklin said he thought about buying it. He said he still watches Scooby Doo and thinks driving around in it would be interesting.
