Kroger looking to add jobs, dozens in Mid-Michigan

SAGINAW COUNTY, MI (WNEM) -

If you need a job, Kroger is looking for more some new employees.

The supermarket giant is looking to hire 14,000 people for positions nationwide, and a couple dozen of those jobs are right here in Mid-Michigan.

The positions range from full-time assistant store managers and department heads to part-time clerks and cashiers.

You can apply online, and then visit your nearest Kroger on Saturday between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. for an interview, no appointment is needed.

The chain says the jobs are permanent.

Kroger created 9,000 new jobs in 2015.
