FLINT, MI (WNEM) -

Two suspects have been charged after a man was critically hurt in a shooting.  

Bradford Johnson, 27, and Howard Reed, Jr., 29, have been charged with assault with intent to murder, among other things, in connection with the shooting on May 31.

Flint Police were called to the 400 block of E. McClellan at 1:45 a.m. for reports of shots fired.

They found Darryl Darnell Russell, 26, hurt, and at last check he was in critical condition.

Investigators were able to track the suspect vehicle to the 900 block of Damon where they arrested Johnson and Reed, Jr.

Both are also facing charges for felon in possession of a firearm, felon in possession of ammunition, carrying a concealed weapon and felony firearm.
