FLINT, MI (WNEM) -

Police have identified the 25-year-old biker who was killed after being run over by a truck.

Kory Allen Sir, from Mt. Morris, was driving a Harley westbound on Atherton Road near southbound Grand Traverse in Flint when he was struck by a commercial flatbed tow truck.

The truck was making an illegal left hand turn onto northbound S. Grand Traverse Street, police said.

Sir hit the front passenger side wheel well and was run over by the rear tires, police said.

He was transported to Hurley Medical Center where he was pronounced dead.

Police do not believe speed or alcohol were factors in the crash.

If you have any information in the accident call Sgt. Jason Groulx at 810-237-6811.

The incident remains under investigation.
