Sentencing for a former Michigan State Trooper has been moved to next month.

Jason Teddy, 45, was originally scheduled for sentencing Monday, but now he won't appear in court until August 16.

Teddy is accused of seriously injuring a woman while driving drunk in Bay County.

Prosecutors said he hit a woman on a motorcycle while driving in Bangor Township.

He plead no contest in January.
