Former Michigan State football player killed in crash

The Michigan State football family is in mourning as the Spartans lost one of their former players, punter Mike Sadler. 

Sadler, who was a four-year starter for the green and white, was just 24-years-old.

He died in a car accident late Saturday night in Wisconsin.

Also passing away in the accident, Nebraska Cornhuskers senior punter Sam Foltz.

The two were taking part in a weekend punting camp.

According to a press release, Sadler was the driver and lost control on wet pavement before striking a tree.
