MADISON HEIGHTS, MI (WNEM) -

An Amber Alert has been cancelled for a missing teen with autism after he was found safe. 

Our affiliates at WXYZ in Detroit report the family of 17-year-old Dion Gardner found the boy walking on the street. 

Gardner was found around 6:30 a.m. Wednesday morning after an Amber Alert was issued. He was reported missing around 12:30 a.m. after last being seen near a Meijer in Madison Heights.
