MIDLAND COUNTY, MI (WNEM) -

A pantsless driver is facing drug charges after cocaine and marijuana were found in his car.

It happened July 26 at 4:37 a.m. in Midland County’s Mount Haley Township.

Sheriff Scott Stephenson tells TV5 that a deputy pulled over Juan Hernandez, 20, for driving suspiciously and an equipment failure.

When the deputy approached the car he noticed Hernandez didn’t have on any pants.

The deputy reports that Hernandez first claimed he was masturbating, but later recanted.

Cocaine and marijuana were also found in the Midland man’s vehicle.
