Motorcyclist hit, other driver accused of drinking

FLINT, MI (WNEM) -

A woman has been arrested, accused of hitting a man on a motorcycle and then taking off.

Flint police report that a 32-year-old Burton man was driving his motorcycle on Robert T. Longway Boulevard and tried to turn on to N. Dort Highway during a green light.

Police said that’s when a vehicle going southbound ran a red light and hit the motorcycle driver.

The other driver allegedly took off, but was later found in the 1200 block of Mohawk.

A woman was arrested for operating while intoxicated as investigators believe alcohol played a factor.

At last check the motorcycle driver was listed in critical condition.
