Another charge has been filed against the man accused of killing a woman who disappeared from a 2014 Halloween party in southeastern Michigan.
The Monroe News and WWJ-AM report 27-year-old Daniel Clay was charged with concealing the death of an individual, or disposing of a corpse, in connection with the death of 22-year-old Chelsea Bruck.
Clay, who already faces a second-degree murder charge, was in a Monroe courtroom Thursday for a pretrial hearing. He has been evaluated and found competent for trial.
Bond was set at $1 million on the murder charge and another $500,000 for two felonies in another case. Defense attorney Russell Smith says he wasn't requesting bond.
Bruck's remains were found six months after the party. The case went unsolved for two years before Clay was charged.
