SAGINAW, MI (AP) -

A 15-year-old boy was shot and killed while riding his bicycle in Saginaw.

Keyshawn Abraham died over the weekend when doctors said they no longer expected him to recover and removed him from life support. His killer is still on the run.

"I used to love Keyshawn like he was like a big brother to me," said Tommy McRay, friend of victim.

Keyshawn died on Friday. The shooting happened on Ray Street on Sept. 4.

On Monday the former Saginaw High student was remembered by his peers.

Arie Clayton said she'll miss his personality. She said she wants to see an end to the senseless violence that has claimed another young life.

"It has to stop someday. Hopefully it will. I hope so," she said.

Meanwhile, Tommy said he hopes the people involved in the shooting come forward. He said he will always remember his close friend.

"There's a lot that I'm going to miss about Keyshawn. I'm just going to miss him period," Tommy said.

There have been no arrests made in regards to the shooting. If you have any information call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-422-JAIL.
