FLINT, MI (WNEM) -

Police are investigating a break-in at the Flint mayor's office.

It happened Monday afternoon at Mayor Karen Weaver's office while she and her staff were working inside.

An employee discovered a strange man walking down the hall and he could not tell them how he got in.

Police found evidence of a forced entry at the back door.

“We have no idea who this person is, or what his intentions were,” Weaver said. “I feel threatened and I hope police catch him and anyone else who may have been involved soon.”

The incident remains under investigation.

This is the second time there was a break-in at City Hall in the past year.

A TV set was stolen from the mayor's office on Dec. 28.
