GENESEE COUNTY, MI (WNEM) -

Police have identified a man killed when his pickup truck rolled on US-23.

Genesee County Sheriff Department was called on Sept. 13 for reports of a rollover crash involving a 2002 Chevy pickup on northbound US-23 at Lahring Road in Fenton Township.

When deputies arrived they found 38-year-old Gene Harrington of Burton was thrown from his vehicle. He was taken to Genesys Regional Medical Center where he later died.

Investigators said Harrington lost control of his truck when it went off the road and flipped.

Alcohol and speed appear to be factors in the crash, police said.
