A woman will stand trial in the slaying of a 53-year-old man who disappeared in Michigan's Upper Peninsula.

The Daily News of Iron Mountain reports Wednesday that 34-year-old Kelly Cochran is to be arraigned Oct. 11 in Iron County Trial Court on murder and other charges.

Christopher Karl Regan last was seen in Iron River in October 2014. His car was found in a park-and-ride lot in Iron County.

Cochran was arrested in April by U.S. Marshals and Kentucky State Police in Wingo, Kentucky. After Cochran's arrest, a skull containing teeth that matched Regan's dental records were found near a trail in Iron County.

The newspaper reports that Cochran also faces a homicide charge in Indiana in the Feb. 20 death of her husband, Jason Cochran.
