Four calves killed in pasture in Tuscola County

TUSCOLA COUNTY, MI (WNEM) -

The Michigan State Police investigate the killing of four calves in Tuscola County's Juniata Township.

The incident occurred on Sept. 16 between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. 

The calves were in a pasture in the area of Ringle Road and Ball Road when someone drove into the pasture and hit/ran over four calves. 

Property was also damaged at the scene, which included the electric fencing and posts, police said.

Troopers recovered damaged vehicle parts at the scene, describing an older Ford pickup or Ford Explorer, possibly 1997-2003.

The vehicle should have front end damage.
