FLINT TOWNSHIP, MI (WNEM) -

Police have arrested a man they believe is behind a recent string of home invasions in Flint Township.

The four incidents happened between Sept. 15 and Sept. 25 between the hours of 3 a.m. and about 4:30 a.m.

Two of the home invasions happened near Van Slyke Road and Bristol Road. Another was near W. Maple Avenue and Van Slyke Road, as well as near Hemphil Road and Fenton Road.

Police said three of the homes were entered through unlocked doors or windows and one was entered by prying open the front door.

Burton Police arrested 40-year-old Orlanda Frye of Mt. Morris Township on Sept. 29 during a home invasion on Donovan Street.

Now Flint Township Police are still trying to determine if this is the man they have been searching for.

Their suspect was described as a man in his late teens to mid-twenties. He is about 5’10” tall with a thin build. He was described to be wearing a hooded sweatshirt with a mask or bandana covering his face.

Frye is currently lodged in the Genesee County Jail.
