Man arrested after police find meth lab in home

CLARE COUNTY, MI (WNEM) -

A man was arrested after police found a meth lab at a home where they were called to for a medical emergency.  

It happened about 7 a.m. on Monday, October 3 to the 7000 block of East Townline in Hamilton Township.

When deputies arrived they performed CPR on a male victim. He was revived and taken to a hospital in Gladwin for further treatment.

While at the home, deputies found a meth lab.

Police arrested 37-year-old Daniel Beemer of Harrison with controlled substance use, controlled substance-maintaining a lab with meth, controlled substance-maintaining a drug house, and habitual offender in the third offense.

Beemer’s bond was set for $100,000 cash.

He remains in the Clare County Jail.
