OAKLAND COUNTY, MI (WNEM) -

A Waterford man accused of killing a state trooper in a car crash last year is in trouble again.

Charles, Warren, 69 is awaiting trial on a charge of reckless driving causing a death for a collision on I-75 near Clarkston in August of 2015.

Trooper Chad Wolf died in the crash when a trailer that Warren was driving knocked Wolf from his motorcycle and dragged him for more than four miles.

The Detroit Free Press reported as part of his bond that charge, Warren was ordered not to drive. However, prosecutors said Warren was arrested against on Sept. 21 in Central Lake, Mich. for failing to signal and running a stop sign.

Oakland County prosecutors are now filing to have Warren’s bond revoked.
